İşletmecinin adı ve e-posta adresi bu sayfaya eklenecek. O zamana kadar her soru ve talep için uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir kanalını kullan; ekip oradan yanıtlar.
Kabul
Brew&Mix’e kaydolarak ya da onu kullanarak bu koşulları, Gizlilik Politikası’nı ve Topluluk Kuralları’nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan hizmeti kullanma.
Kimler kullanabilir
Brew&Mix’i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. 18 yaşından küçüksen hizmeti ve satın almaları bir ebeveynin ya da vasinin izniyle kullan. Kokteyl tarifleri alkol içerebilir; bulunduğun yerde alkol için yasal yaşın altındaysan bu tarifleri uygulama.
Hesabın
Hesabını ve şifreni korumak sana düşer; hesabında yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Başkasının kimliğine bürünme, erişim kontrollerini aşma, sistemi otomatik araçlarla kötüye kullanma, puan, hediye, etkinlik veya sıralamaları hileyle etkileme. Kötüye kullanımda içeriği kaldırabilir, hesabı kısıtlayabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
Paylaştığın içerik
Tariflerde, yorumlarda, hikâyelerde ve topluluk gönderilerinde yalnızca paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğun içeriği kullan. İçeriğinin hakları sende kalır. Paylaştığında, içeriği hizmeti sunmak için saklamamız, göstermemiz, görsellerin küçük kopyalarını üretmemiz, istenen çevirileri yapmamız ve seçtiğin kişilerle paylaşmamız için bize dünya çapında, ücretsiz ve hizmet süresince geçerli bir izin verirsin. İçeriğini sildiğinde bu izin sona erer; başkalarının önceden yaptığı kopyalar bundan etkilenmeyebilir. İçerik Topluluk Kuralları’na uymalıdır.
Yakut, Elmas ve satın almalar
Yakut ve Elmas uygulama içi sanal birimlerdir. Yakut ve Elmas paketleri Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden gerçek parayla satın alınır; ödeme, fiyat, vergi ve para birimi mağaza tarafından belirlenir ve işlenir. Elmas uygulamada tarif paylaşarak ve etkinliklerle de kazanılabilir. Yakut ve Elmas; kutular, yoldaşlar, profil arka planları, üyelik ve hediyeler gibi dijital içeriklerle değiştirilebilir. Nakde çevrilemez, iade edilemez (mağazanın iade politikası saklıdır), hesaplar arasında satılamaz ve uygulama dışında bir değeri yoktur; uygulama içi hediyeler alıcıya para ödemesi yaratmaz.
Bir satın alma mağaza tarafından onaylandığında karşılığı hesabına eklenir. İadeler mağazanın kendi süreciyle yapılır; iade edilen bir satın almanın Yakut veya Elmas’ı hesabından düşülür, harcanmışsa bakiyen eksiye düşebilir ve sonraki kazanımlardan tamamlanır. Üyelik Yakut ile alınır ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez. Kutuların içeriği sunucuda, uygulamada gösterilen oranlarla belirlenir.
Satın aldığın dijital içerik, satın almayla birlikte hemen hesabına tanımlandığından 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca cayma hakkı kapsamı dışındadır; bu, mağazanın iade politikasına ve kanundan doğan diğer haklarına dokunmaz.
Etkinlikler ve ödüller
Etkinliklere kendi tariflerinle katılırsın; adaylar ekip tarafından onaylanır, sıralama etkileşime göre yapılır ve ödüller uygulama içi Yakut, Elmas, kutu ya da üyeliktir. Hile tespit edilirse katılımı geçersiz sayabiliriz.
Tarifler, sağlık ve güvenlik
Tarifler kullanıcıların içeriğidir; tıbbi, diyet ya da beslenme tavsiyesi değildir. Malzemeleri, alerjenleri, pişirme sürelerini ve gıda güvenliğini kendin kontrol et. Otomatik denetim, dönüştürülen ölçüler ve çeviriler hata içerebilir. Alkollü içecekleri sorumlu tüket.
Hizmetin kendisi
Hizmeti geliştirmek için özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz. Kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanılmasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; bu, kanundan doğan vazgeçilemez haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
Hesabın sona ermesi
Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Silindiğinde Yakut, Elmas, yoldaşlar ve üyelik dahil hesaptaki tüm dijital içerik kalıcı olarak kaybolur ve geri verilemez. Bu koşulları ciddi ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal eden hesapları kapatabiliriz.
Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşulları güncellediğimizde yürürlük tarihini değiştirir, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz; güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak başvurabileceğin tüketici hakem heyeti ve tüketici mahkemesi hakların saklıdır.

Acceptance
By signing up for or using Brew&Mix you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to use Brew&Mix. If you are under 18, use the service and make purchases with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Cocktail recipes may contain alcohol; if you are under the legal drinking age where you live, do not make them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe and for what happens in your account. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, abuse the service with automated tools, or manipulate points, gifts, events or leaderboards. In case of abuse we may remove content, restrict or close the account.
Content you share
In recipes, comments, stories and community posts, use only content you have the right to share. You keep your rights to your content. By sharing it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as the service holds it, to store and display it, make resized copies of images, perform the translations requested and share it with the people you choose, in order to provide the service. The licence ends when you delete the content; copies others already made may not be affected. Content must follow the Community Guidelines.
Rubies, Diamonds and purchases
Rubies (Yakut) and Diamonds (Elmas) are virtual in-app units. Ruby and Diamond packs are bought with real money through Google Play or the App Store; the store sets and processes payment, price, tax and currency. Diamonds can also be earned in the app by sharing recipes and through events. Rubies and Diamonds can be exchanged for digital items such as boxes, companions, profile backgrounds, membership and gifts. They cannot be cashed out, are non-refundable (subject to the store’s refund policy), cannot be sold between accounts and have no value outside the app; in-app gifts create no cash payment to the recipient.
When the store confirms a purchase, it is credited to your account. Refunds go through the store’s own process; the Rubies or Diamonds from a refunded purchase is removed from your account, and if it was already spent your balance may go below zero and is settled from later earnings. Membership is bought with Rubies and does not renew automatically. Box contents are decided on the server at the rates shown in the app.
Digital content you buy is delivered to your account immediately on purchase; where the law provides for this, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to such content. This does not affect the store’s refund policy or your other statutory rights.
Events and prizes
You enter events with your own recipes; entries are approved by the team, ranked by engagement, and prizes are in-app Rubies, Diamonds, boxes or membership. We may disqualify entries where we detect cheating.
Recipes, health and safety
Recipes are users’ content, not medical, diet or nutrition advice. Check ingredients, allergens, cooking times and food safety yourself. Automated checks, converted measurements and translations can be wrong. Drink responsibly.
The service
We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. We cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service; this does not remove statutory rights you cannot waive.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. On deletion, all digital content in the account, including Rubies, Diamonds, companions and membership, is permanently lost and cannot be restored. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes and governing law
When we update these terms we change the effective date and announce significant changes in the app; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your rights as a consumer to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
