Bu kurallar neyi kapsar
Brew&Mix’te yayımladığın her tarif, fotoğraf, yorum, hikâye, profil adı ve biyografi herkese açıktır ve bu kurallara tabidir. Kurallar hem senin paylaştığına hem başkasından gördüğüne uygulanır.
Beklediğimiz
Kendi yaptığın yemeği paylaş. Başkasının tarifinden yararlandıysan bunu yazmaktan çekinme. Yorumlarda anlaşmazlık olur; hakaret olmaz.
Yasak olan
- Cinsel içerik ve çıplaklık. Herkese açık fotoğraflarda hiçbir biçimde kabul edilmez.
- Şiddet ve kan. Yaralanma, kaza, hayvana eziyet görüntüleri paylaşılmaz.
- Nefret söylemi. Irk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik veya benzeri bir aidiyet üzerinden aşağılama.
- Taciz ve zorbalık. Hedef göstermek, ısrarla rahatsız etmek, tehdit.
- Yanıltıcı bilgi, en başta gıda güvenliği: zarar verebilecek saklama, pişirme veya tüketim tavsiyeleri.
- Telif ihlali. Hakkını taşımadığın fotoğraf veya metin.
- Başkasının özel bilgisi. İzinsiz ad, adres, telefon, konum paylaşımı.
- Spam ve reklam. Tekrarlayan gönderiler, ürün tanıtımı, bağlantı yığını.
- Kimliğe bürünme. Başka bir kişi, marka veya kurum gibi görünmek.
- Yasa dışı olan her şey.
Fotoğraflar nasıl denetlenir
Herkese açık bir fotoğraf yüklendiğinde otomatik bir görsel denetimden geçer; şiddet veya cinsellik içerdiği değerlendirilen görseller yayımlanmaz. Otomatik denetim kusursuz değildir: geçen bir içeriği gördüğünde bildirmen gerekir.
Nasıl bildirirsin
Her tarifin, yorumun, yanıtın, hikâyenin ve profilin yanındaki menüde Şikâyet et seçeneği vardır. Şu sebeplerden birini seçersin: spam veya reklam, uygunsuz içerik, nefret söylemi, yanıltıcı bilgi, telif ihlali, taciz veya zorbalık, başka bir sebep. İstersen kısa bir açıklama ekleyebilirsin.
Birini engellemek
Bir profilin menüsünden Bu kişiyi engelle diyebilirsin. Engellediğin kişiler Ayarlar → Engellenen kişiler altında listelenir ve istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin.
Sonuçlar
Kuralları çiğneyen içerik kaldırılabilir; tekrarlayan veya ağır ihlallerde hesap kısıtlanabilir veya kapatılabilir. Bir kararın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorsan itiraz edebilirsin: uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir üzerinden “İtiraz” konusuyla yaz; hesabın kısıtlandıysa uygulamanın gösterdiği kısıtlama ekranından da aynı yere ulaşırsın. Ekip kararı yeniden inceler ve yanıtını aynı yerden iletir.
Kendi içeriğin
Paylaştığın içeriği uygulamadan silebilir, hesabını Ayarlar → Hesabı sil yolundan kapatabilirsin.

What these rules cover
Every recipe, photo, comment, story, display name and bio you publish in Brew&Mix is public and subject to these rules. They apply to what you post and to what you see from others.
What we expect
Share food you actually made. If you worked from someone else’s recipe, say so. Disagreement in the comments is fine; insults are not.
Not allowed
- Sexual content and nudity. Not accepted in public photos in any form.
- Violence and gore. No injuries, accidents or cruelty to animals.
- Hate speech. Degrading people over race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any similar belonging.
- Harassment and bullying. Singling people out, persistent unwanted contact, threats.
- Misinformation, food safety above all: storage, cooking or consumption advice that could harm someone.
- Copyright infringement. Photos or text you do not hold the rights to.
- Other people’s private information. Names, addresses, phone numbers or locations shared without consent.
- Spam and advertising. Repeated posts, product promotion, link dumps.
- Impersonation. Presenting yourself as another person, brand or institution.
- Anything illegal.
How photos are checked
A public photo goes through an automated image review on upload; images assessed as violent or sexual are not published. Automated review is not perfect: when something gets through, reporting it is how it is caught.
How to report
Every recipe, comment, reply, story and profile has a Report option in its menu. You choose one reason: spam or advertising, inappropriate content, hate speech, misinformation, copyright infringement, harassment or bullying, or something else. You can add a short note.
Blocking someone
A profile’s menu offers Block this person. Blocked people are listed under Settings → Blocked people and can be unblocked at any time.
Consequences
Content that breaks these rules can be removed; repeated or severe breaches can restrict or close an account. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal: write through Settings → Report a problem in the app with the “Appeal” topic; if your account is restricted, the restriction screen in the app takes you to the same place. The team reviews the decision again and replies there.
Your own content
You can delete content you posted from within the app, and close your account through Settings → Delete account.
