Brew&Mix hesabını silme

İşletmecinin adı ve e-posta adresi bu sayfaya eklenecek. O zamana kadar her soru ve talep için uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir kanalını kullan; ekip oradan yanıtlar.
1. Uygulamadan
Uygulamada hesabına giriş yap → Profil → sağ üstteki menü → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Onayı oku ve istendiğinde kimliğini yeniden doğrula (e-posta hesabında şifren, Google ya da Apple hesabında o hesapla yeniden giriş).
2. Uygulama yüklü değilse, web’den
Tarayıcıda app.brewandmix.com adresini aç, hesabınla giriş yap ve aynı yolu izle: Profil → menü → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Uygulamayı yeniden yüklemen gerekmez.
3. Giriş yapamıyorsan
Hesabına giremiyorsan silme talebini uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir üzerinden ilet. Talebi, mümkünse hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönder ve kullanıcı adını yaz; hesabın sahibi olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra hesabı sileriz. Şifre veya doğrulama kodu gönderme; bunları asla istemeyiz.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak ya da yalnızca çıkış yapmak hesabını silmez.
Silinenler
Hesabın ve giriş bilgilerin; profilin, fotoğrafların, tariflerin, hikâyelerin, yorumların ve yanıtların; beğeni, puan, kayıt ve takip ilişkilerin; topluluk gönderilerin, yanıtların, üyeliklerin ve oyların; mutfak defterin, alışveriş listen, koleksiyonların, bildirimlerin ve tercihlerin; Yakut ve Elmas bakiyen, yoldaşların, profil arka planların ve üyeliğin; yüklediğin dosyalar ve cihaz bildirim belirteçlerin. Kurucusu olduğun toplulukta başka üye varsa sahiplik ona geçer; üyesi kalmayan topluluk kapatılır.
Kalanlar ve süreler
Silme onaylandığında hesabın hemen kullanıma kapanır; temizlik birkaç dakika içinde başlar ve en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Şunlar ayrı kalabilir: vergi ve muhasebe için satın alma kayıtları (mevzuatın öngördüğü süre), güvenlik için şikâyet, moderasyon ve ekip işlem kayıtları, silme işinin tamamlandığını gösteren kayıt, kişiyle ilişkilendirilmeyen çeviri ve görsel kararı önbellekleri, Google’ın 90 günde silme sürecini başlattığı Crashlytics raporları ve sağlayıcı yedekleri. Başkalarının indirdiği veya kopyaladığı içerik geri alınamaz.
Satın almalar
Hesabı silmek, satın aldığın Yakut ve Elmas için iade oluşturmaz ve bunlar geri getirilemez. Ödeme iadeleri mağazanın (Google Play, App Store) kendi süreciyle yapılır.
Deleting your Brew&Mix account

The operator’s name and e-mail address will be added to this page. Until then, use Settings → Report a problem in the app for any question or request; the team answers there.
1. In the app
Sign in → Profile → the menu at the top right → Settings → Delete account. Read the confirmation and verify your identity again when asked (your password for an e-mail account, or signing in again with Google or Apple).
2. Without the app, on the web
Open app.brewandmix.com in a browser, sign in and follow the same path: Profile → menu → Settings → Delete account. You do not need to reinstall the app.
3. If you cannot sign in
If you cannot get into your account, send a deletion request through Settings → Report a problem in the app. If you can, send it from the e-mail address registered to the account and include your username; we delete the account once we have confirmed you own it. Do not send passwords or verification codes; we will never ask for them.
Uninstalling the app or only signing out does not delete your account.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details; your profile, photos, recipes, stories, comments and replies; your likes, ratings, saves and follows; your community posts, replies, memberships and votes; your cooking journal, shopping list, collections, notifications and preferences; your Ruby and Diamond balance, companions, profile backgrounds and membership; the files you uploaded and your device notification tokens. If you founded a community that still has members, ownership passes to one of them; a community with no members left is closed.
What remains, and for how long
Once deletion is confirmed your account is closed immediately; cleanup starts within minutes and completes within 30 days at the latest. These may remain separately: purchase records for tax and accounting (for the period set by law), report, moderation and team operation records for security, the record that the deletion completed, translation and image-decision caches not linked to a person, Crashlytics reports that Google starts removing after 90 days, and provider backups. Content other people downloaded or copied cannot be recalled.
Purchases
Deleting the account does not create a refund for Rubies or Diamonds you bought, and they cannot be restored. Payment refunds go through the store’s own process (Google Play, App Store).
