Gizlilik Politikası

İşletmecinin adı ve e-posta adresi bu sayfaya eklenecek. O zamana kadar her soru ve talep için uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir kanalını kullan; ekip oradan yanıtlar.

Kapsam

Bu politika Brew&Mix’in Android, iOS ve web sürümlerini ve bu sitedeki sayfaları kapsar: tarifler, profiller, hikâyeler, topluluklar, etkinlikler, yoldaş koleksiyonu, mutfak defteri ve uygulama içi satın almalar.

Topladığımız veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresin, Google ya da Apple ile girişte bu hizmetin verdiği kimlik ve e-posta, seçtiğin kullanıcı adı, şifre (yalnızca Firebase Authentication tarafından, geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır).

Profil ve paylaşımlar: profil fotoğrafı, biyografi, ruh hâli, ilgi alanların, yayınladığın tarifler ve fotoğrafları, yorumlar ve yanıtlar, puanlar, beğeniler, kaydettiklerin ve koleksiyonların, takip ettiklerin, hikâyeler ve kimlerin gördüğü, topluluk üyelikleri, gönderileri, tepkileri ve anket oyları, etkinlik adaylıkları, gönderdiğin ve aldığın hediyeler.

Kişisel araçlar: mutfak defterindeki son notların ve tekrar sayıların, alışveriş listen, arama geçmişin, bildirim tercihlerin. Bunlar yalnızca sana görünür.

Ekonomi: Yakut ve Elmas bakiyen, kutu açılışları ve yoldaşların, üyeliğin, hediye kodu kullanımların, ödüller ve bunların işlem kayıtları.

Satın almalar: Google Play veya App Store üzerinden bir paket aldığında mağazanın bize ilettiği ürün, sipariş ve satın alma belirteci, zamanı ve iade durumu. Kart ya da ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz; ödemeyi mağaza işler.

Cihaz ve teknik: bildirim göndermek için cihaz bildirim belirteci, hatırlatmaları doğru saatte göndermek için cihazının saat dilimi ve dili, uygulama sürümü ve platform, ağ isteklerinde IP adresi. “Sorun bildir” ile yazdığında mesajın, uygulama sürümü, platform, dil ve işletim sistemi sürümüyle birlikte saklanır.

Hata tanılama: uygulama çöktüğünde ya da beklenmeyen bir hata olduğunda Firebase Crashlytics’e hata raporu gider (ayrıntı aşağıda).

Reklam kimliği toplamayız, reklam göstermeyiz, konumunu, rehberini veya mikrofonunu kullanmayız.

Neden kullanıyoruz

Hesabını açmak ve korumak; tariflerini ve paylaşımlarını senin seçtiğin kişilere göstermek; akışı ve keşfet sayfasını ilgine göre sıralamak; bildirim ve hatırlatma göndermek; satın aldıklarını hesabına eklemek, iadeleri işlemek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek; etkinlikleri ve sıralamaları yürütmek; şikâyetleri incelemek ve toplulukların güvenliğini sağlamak; hataları bulup düzeltmek; destek taleplerine yanıt vermek.

Herkese açık olanlar

Yayınladığın tarifler, yorumlar, hikâyeler, profil adın ve fotoğrafın, biyografin, ruh hâlin, seçili yoldaşın, rozetlerin, profil arka planın, takipçi sayıların ve sıralama puanların diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Topluluk içeriği, topluluğun görünürlük ve üyelik kurallarına göre görünür; anketlerde toplam oylar görünür, kimin neye oy verdiği görünmez. E-postan, bakiyen, satın almaların, mutfak defterin, alışveriş listen ve tercihlerin herkese açık değildir. İçeriğe erişebilen biri onu kopyalayabilir; başkalarının kopyalarını geri alamayız.

Görseller ve çeviri

Herkese açık bir fotoğraf (tarif, profil, hikâye, topluluk) yayımlanmadan önce uygunsuz içerik denetimi için sunucu üzerinden Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch’e gönderilir. Onaylanan görseller ve küçültülmüş kopyaları Firebase Storage’da tutulur; görsel kararı içerik ve politika sürümüne göre önbelleğe alınır, görseli açmak yeni bir denetim başlatmaz. Bir metni çevirmeyi istediğinde ya da etkinlik metni kendi dilinde gösterildiğinde metin Google Cloud Translation’a gönderilir; sonuç içeriğe ve hedef dile göre ortak bir önbellekte saklanır ve kim olduğunu içermez. Metnin dili cihazında ML Kit ile tanınır.

Hata tanılama — Firebase Crashlytics

Mobil uygulamanın yayın sürümleri hata raporlarını Firebase Crashlytics’e gönderir; hata ayıklama sürümlerinde ve testlerde bu yol kapalıdır. Uygulama tarafından eklenen kısım sabit hata türleri, izin verilen hata kodları ve uzunluğu sınırlanmış teknik çağrı yığınlarıyla sınırlıdır; hata mesajı, içeriğin, ekran bilgisi veya hesap kimliğin eklenmez. Crashlytics’in kendisi cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgisi, uygulama sürümü, kurulum tanımlayıcısı ve teknik hata metni ekleyebilir; bu nedenle raporlar anonim sayılmaz. Google, Crashlytics kayıtlarını 90 gün sonra silme sürecini başlatır.

Veriyi işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar

Google/Firebase kimlik doğrulama (Authentication), veritabanı (Firestore), dosya saklama (Storage), sunucu işlevleri (Cloud Functions), barındırma (Hosting), bildirim (Cloud Messaging), uygulama bütünlüğü (App Check) ve hata tanılama (Crashlytics) hizmetlerini; Google Cloud görsel denetim (Vision) ve çeviri (Translation) hizmetlerini sağlar. Satın almaları Google Play ve Apple App Store işler; Google ya da Apple ile giriş yaparsan kimlik bu hizmetlerden gelir. Verini satmayız, reklam ya da profil çıkarma amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız.

Nerede saklanıyor

Veritabanı Avrupa Birliği’nde (eur3), dosyalar ve sunucu işlevleri Avrupa’da (europe-west1) tutulur. Çeviri, görsel denetim, bildirim ve hata tanılama hizmetleri Google’ın küresel altyapısında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil başka ülkelerde işlenebilir. Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Hesap ve paylaşımların: hesabını silene kadar. Silme sonrası temizlik birkaç dakika içinde başlar, en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
Hikâyeler: 24 saat görünür, ardından sunucu ve dosyalar temizlenir.
“Sorun bildir” mesajları: çözüldükten 365 gün sonra silinir.
Satın alma kayıtları: vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca.
Şikâyet, moderasyon ve ekip işlem kayıtları: kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerektiği sürece; hesabın silinse de kalabilir, yalnızca ekip görür.
Crashlytics raporları: Google’ın 90 günlük silme süreci.
Çeviri ve görsel kararı önbellekleri: kişiyle ilişkilendirilmez, içerik değişmedikçe tutulur.
Sağlayıcıların yedek ve günlük kayıtları kendi süreleri kadar kalabilir.

Güvenlik

Veriler aktarımda şifrelenir; veritabanı ve dosya erişimi sunucu kurallarıyla sınırlanır; bakiye, satın alma ve ödül işlemleri yalnızca sunucuda yapılır. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; şüpheli bir durum görürsen bize bildir.

Çocuklar

Brew&Mix 13 yaşından küçükler için değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Böyle bir hesap fark edersek kapatırız.

Hakların ve iletişim

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakların vardır; Türkiye’de 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 11. maddesindeki haklar için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ne bak. Hesabını Hesap silme sayfasındaki yollarla silebilirsin. Her soru ve talep için uygulamada Ayarlar → Sorun bildir üzerinden bize ulaşabilirsin. Şifreni veya doğrulama kodunu asla kimseyle paylaşma; ekip bunları istemez.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.

Scope

This policy covers the Android, iOS and web versions of Brew&Mix and the pages on this site: recipes, profiles, stories, communities, events, the companion collection, the cooking journal and in-app purchases.

What we collect

Account: your e-mail address, the identity and e-mail provided by Google or Apple when you sign in with them, your chosen username, and your password (stored only by Firebase Authentication, in a non-reversible form).

Profile and sharing: profile photo, bio, mood, interests, the recipes and photos you publish, comments and replies, ratings, likes, saves and collections, who you follow, stories and who viewed them, community memberships, posts, reactions and poll votes, event entries, and gifts you send and receive.

Personal tools: your cooking-journal notes and cook counts, shopping list, search history and notification preferences. Only you can see these.

Economy: your Ruby and Diamond balance, box openings and companions, membership, gift-code redemptions, rewards, and the records of these operations.

Purchases: when you buy a pack through Google Play or the App Store, the product, order and purchase token the store sends us, the time, and any refund status. We never see card or payment details; the store handles payment.

Device and technical: your device’s notification token to deliver notifications, its time zone and language to send reminders at a sensible hour, app version and platform, and IP addresses in network requests. When you write through “Report a problem”, your message is stored with the app version, platform, language and OS version.

Diagnostics: when the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a report goes to Firebase Crashlytics (details below).

We do not collect the advertising ID, show ads, or use your location, contacts or microphone.

Why we use it

To create and protect your account; to show your recipes and posts to the people you choose; to order the feed and Explore to your interests; to send notifications and reminders; to credit purchases, process refunds and prevent abuse; to run events and leaderboards; to review reports and keep communities safe; to find and fix errors; and to answer support requests.

What is public

Your published recipes, comments, stories, display name and photo, bio, mood, selected companion, badges, profile background, follower counts and leaderboard scores can be seen by other users. Community content follows each community’s visibility and membership rules; poll totals are visible, individual votes are not. Your e-mail, balance, purchases, cooking journal, shopping list and preferences are not public. Anyone who can see content can copy it; we cannot recall other people’s copies.

Images and translation

Before a public photo (recipe, profile, story, community) is published, it is sent through the server to Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for an inappropriate-content check. Approved images and resized copies are kept in Firebase Storage; the image decision is cached by content and policy version, and viewing an image does not trigger a new check. When you ask for a translation, or an event is shown in your language, the text is sent to Google Cloud Translation; the result is kept in a shared cache keyed by content and target language, without who you are. The language of a text is identified on your device with ML Kit.

Diagnostics — Firebase Crashlytics

Release builds of the mobile app send error reports to Firebase Crashlytics; the path is off in debug builds and tests. The part the app adds is limited to fixed error types, allowed error codes and bounded technical stack traces; no error message, your content, screen context or account ID is added. Crashlytics itself may add device and OS details, app version, an installation identifier and technical error text, so reports are not treated as anonymous. Google starts removing Crashlytics records after 90 days.

Service providers that process data

Google/Firebase provides authentication, the database (Firestore), file storage (Storage), server functions (Cloud Functions), hosting, notifications (Cloud Messaging), app integrity (App Check) and diagnostics (Crashlytics); Google Cloud provides image checks (Vision) and translation (Translation). Google Play and the Apple App Store process purchases; if you sign in with Google or Apple, your identity comes from them. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored

The database is in the European Union (eur3); files and server functions are in Europe (europe-west1). Translation, image checks, notifications and diagnostics may be processed on Google’s global infrastructure, including in the United States. How long we keep it

Your account and posts: until you delete your account. Cleanup starts within minutes of deletion and completes within 30 days at the latest.
Stories: visible for 24 hours, then removed from the server and storage.
“Report a problem” messages: deleted 365 days after they are resolved.
Purchase records: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Reports, moderation and team operation records: as long as needed to prevent abuse and meet legal obligations; they may remain after your account is deleted and are visible only to the team.
Crashlytics reports: Google’s 90-day removal process.
Translation and image-decision caches: not linked to a person, kept while the content is unchanged.
Provider backups and logs may remain for their own periods.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; database and file access is limited by server-side rules; balances, purchases and rewards are handled only on the server. No system is perfect; tell us if you notice anything suspicious.

Children

Brew&Mix is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn of such an account, we close it.

Your rights and contact

You have rights to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing; for the rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, see the Turkish Data Protection Notice. You can delete your account in the ways described on Account deletion. For any question or request, reach us through Settings → Report a problem in the app. Never share your password or verification code; the team will never ask for them.

Changes

When we update this policy we change its effective date, and we announce significant changes in the app.
